RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY- CROWN ME STELLAR 

WIGS OF ANYTYPE ARE FINAL SALE

For the purpose of Hygiene and Safety ALL wigs, (u-part, Frontal. or Closure units) are finial sale. we do not accept returns or exchanges. On any kind of wig. You can cancel and receive full refund on items that have not yet shipped. Any incorrect address will result in full cancellations

Damage or incorrect wigs due to shipping errors, MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY CLAIMS WILL BE HANDLED INDIVIDUALLY.

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGES / HAIR BUNDLE RETURN EXCHANGE POLICY

YOUR ITEM IS ELIGIBLE ONLY IF

The hair is in its original condition

The Bundle Seal is intact

The Hair has not been brushed, installed, cut dyed, or used, washed, altered or manipulated not even finger combed

Hair Bundles MUST be in the original ties and packaging Hair Bundles can't be unraveled and MUST BE in the condition customer received 

Returns must be received by Crown me Stellar within 7 days of delivery 

Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded

Any packages not received within 7 days or showing signs of use will be refused and returned to sender 

Hair Bundles showing signs of use tampering or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender 

Please include proof of purchase when sending a return, returns will be processed using the same payment method used when purchasing the product if for whatever reason that payment method isn't available we will credit that card and your bank will handle the rest, we can also provide a store credit for future purchase we will not credit a different form of payment 

Customer Returns

By continuing with your purchase, you the customer Agree to these terms and conditions stated in the policy you forfeit the right to chargebacks, and fraudulent PayPal Claims opened in regard to your order

Crown me Stellar recommends signature required shipping this will be done through your local USPS. Route or Seal protection is offered at check out. Crown me Stellar will not be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen once marked delivered by USPS. If the package is marked as DELIVERED, but you DO NOT receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. (I the customer understand that Crown me Stellar) is not responsible for lost/stolen damaged products. I the customer understand that Crown me Stellar is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. After your items have been scanned into the USPS system shipping is out of our control and you must contact USPS concerning your delivery
