Processing Time
Orders are Processed within 1-3 business days
Handmade Wigs or Custom orders may require additional time

Standard shipping 10 business days
Express shipping maybe an option with a higher fee contact us directly via text for overnight shipping
Once orders have shipped tracking info will be sent to the email provided
DELIVERY & SIGNATURE
We require signature upon delivery for all orders to protect your purchase
Purchases over $50.00 we recommend adult signature along with ID required through USPS
Crown me Stellar recommends signature required shipping this will be done through your local USPS. Route or Seal protection is offered at check out. Crown me Stellar will not be responsible for packages that are lost/stolen once marked delivered by USPS. If the package is marked as DELIVERED, but you DO NOT receive your product you must contact USPS and file a claim with them. (I the customer understand that Crown me Stellar) is not responsible for lost/stolen products. I the customer understand that Crown me Stellar is not responsible for any missed or rescheduled deliveries from USPS. After your items have been scanned into the USPS system shipping is out of our control and you must contact USPS concerning your delivery
